You can find the max capacity on the top right hand corner of each venue listing. You will need to check with the venue manager as your setup might limit capacities further.

You will need to check with each venue before confirming your booking. Both Founders Heritage Park and The Pūtangitangi Greenmeadows Centre have a caterer on site but not exclusive contracts.
Yes, most venues will require you to pay a deposit or pay your venue hire in full to confirm your booking.
